Functional Fusion Class

This is a group exercise program where we help you live life better. Work in a group with other people improving their fitness. It doesn’t matter is your goal is fat loss, gaining muscle, or just trying to improve your fitness and quality of life. Our coaches will help you find what works for you, give you a path to success, and support along the way.

In this class you’ll do a combination of HIIT, strength and conditioning, mobility, and body-weight exercises. It’s very similar to a Bootcamp, but a little more well-rounded and complete.

Weightlifting Club

Weightlifting is an Olympic sport focusing on complex movement, coordination, speed, and strength. People from all backgrounds enjoy the improved fitness and strength benefits of being in this club. This club usually interests people for three reasons:

1) They want to experience and improve in the sport of Weightlifting

2) They want to improve their understanding in Weightlifting technique to increase efficiency and safety in Functional Fusion classes

3) They want to increase power and speed for athletic development

The sport uses 2 main barbell movements that members practice and develop their skill with. It requires dedication and commitment but the results in what each member can accomplish and the health improvements they see are amazing.

Powerlifting Club

Powerlifting is one of the oldest strength sports there is. If you want to get stronger, this club is for you. The barbell exercises that his club focuses on are the pillars of general strength and you will see direct transfer of your progress in your everyday life.

Muscle burns fat. This club will help you put on a lot of muscle. Guys and gals both have a lot of fun training in the club and seeing what goals they can set and how far they can go.

IronBell Kettlebell Training

In Iron Bell, we are primarily focused on using two tools, the kettlebell and bodyweight calisthenics, to reshape the form and function of our body..

1) Shaping the client's body aesthetically to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat. We do this by selecting exercises that are simple to perform, easy to learn, and performing higher repetitions/ volume because the research confirms this is ideal for hypertrophy goals.

2) Shaping the client's resilience to injury to decrease muscular and strength imbalances, leading to improved mobility and joint stability. We do this by incorporating unilateral movements, and tools like dumbbells, kettlebells, and gymnastics, to set up a future of less injury risk at any age.

For those who enjoy group exercise classes, coached by highly qualified fitness professionals, this class is for you. If you find that complicated movements, and functional fitness tend to be frustrating and uncomfortable, give this class a try. It's a great class for fitness enthusiasts, and it's also a great compliment to the veteran athlete who has years of training and is simply looking to prolong their career with less injury, aches, and pains.
